AI-powered content platform for leading brands is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the President of Field Operations. With their recent Series C, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling company of 240 employees. In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner to the President of Field Operations, managing a complex calendar and prioritizing meetings, coordinating travel, meeting preparation and support, and providing cross-team support.
You'll also plan events and dinners and support larger-scale events and conferences. This person will also provide light calendar support to the CMO. Someone detailed, organized, and proactive who will provide real leverage by looking around corners to identify inefficiencies and understand business initiatives and priorities. Previous experience supporting GTM/Sales leaders at high-growth startups is a plus. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week: Tues-Thurs) based in FiDi, San Francisco.
Must be responsive and available during travel periods and after hours when needed. 140-150K+ DOE + equity, benefits, 401k, and unlimited PTO.
- Act as a strategic partner to the President of Field Operations, providing support that enables him to focus on the highest-priority work.
- Manage a busy calendar and scheduling, proactively prioritizing meetings and protecting time.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed trip logistics.
- Prepare detailed briefings for meetings to ensure the Executive has all the context and materials needed.
- Provide cross-team coordination and collaboration, serving as a liaison across functions. Take part in meetings to understand team dynamics, capture action items, and ensure commitments are being followed through.
- Proactively identify areas of inefficiency in cadences, processes, and team operations.
- Support relationship and stakeholder management, proactively identify customers for the Executive to meet, and coordinate touchpoints.
- Plan small-scale events and dinners, as well as support larger events, such as annual conferences.
- Provide light calendar support to the Chief Marketing Officer.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-growth startup. Previous experience supporting GTM, Sales, or Revenue leaders strongly preferred.
- Detailed and highly organized with meticulous attention to follow-through.
- Proactively anticipate needs and look around corners to identify inefficiencies and solve problems before they arise.
- Positive, high-energy, and approachable team player.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - with a sense of urgency and quickness.
- Responsive and available, especially during domestic and international travel periods.
