Customer Service Representative

Downtown San Jose | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

We’re a small manufacturing company located in downtown San Jose, and we’re looking for a dependable
Customer Service Representative
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, comfortable multitasking, and enjoys working in a busy office environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting customers and sales reps, processing orders, and keeping our daily work and shipment schedules running smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented and strong with Excel, we’d love to hear from you.

• Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, filing, taking messages, and greeting customers, visitors, and vendors
• Communicate with customers regarding orders and delivery status via phone, email, and text
• Process sales orders and perform accurate data entry
• Maintain a daily calendar for work orders and shipments
• Update and manage daily spreadsheets using
  Excel (Excel proficiency is required)
• Help keep the office clean and organized

• Experience in customer service, order processing, and/or administrative work
• Strong knowledge of
  MS Excel and Microsoft Office
• Punctual, reliable, and well‑organized
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work well with a team
• Spanish‑speaking is a plus

• Pay: Based on experience
• Benefits: Sick pay offered; vacation pay available after one full year
