Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Legal Assistant for a dynamic, mission-driven organization focused on complex litigation. This is an onsite position in San Francisco, CA with potential for hybrid work after a trial period.
Position OverviewThis Legal Assistant role provides hands‑on support to litigation teams handling complex cases at both state and federal levels. The position focuses on document production, formatting, and filings while contributing to trial preparation and broader litigation processes. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and enjoys supporting a collaborative legal environment.

- Execute electronic and physical filings in state and federal courts
- Support trial preparation, including exhibit management, binders, and logistics
- Manage document organization and administrative tasks for litigation teams
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all filings and documentation
- Collaborate with attorneys and colleagues to support high‑quality case management
- Strong document production, formatting, and word processing skills
- Experience with litigation support and filing processes
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced legal environment
- Ability to contribute to trial preparation and high‑level administrative support
This position offers a competitive salary range of $110k - $140k annually.
