We’re hiring a Venture Intern  this role, you’ll help with sourcing, diligence, community building, and portfolio company support.

The ideal candidate is deeply curious, proactive, and excited to engage with the longevity ecosystem. You enjoy meeting new people, organizing events, and assisting with investment diligence and content creation. Our team is currently distributed across San Francisco and Boston, this role can be based in either. Full-time or part-time.

Support the investment team in identifying and tracking early-stage founders and startups

Help manage deal flow, including CRM maintenance and tracking inbound opportunities

Support due diligence and assist with internal documentation

Provide research assistance to portfolio founders upon request

Community

Help plan and coordinate longevity-focused events

Content

Contribute to blog posts, industry insights, and research reports

Applies across levels, but expectations scale with seniority

You have a great read on people and talent . While building community, you know exactly who to filter directly to the GP. While communicating with founders, talent, LPs, co-investors, and portfolio companies, you have a supernatural sense of their needs and feelings.

You love meeting strangers.

You have a bias toward action and ownership. You get stuff done.

No task is beneath you, too boring, or beyond your abilities. You’re happy to jump into an exec assistant role when needed, enjoy organizing events (even if it means frantically Uber Eats-ing drinks or a whiteboard at the last minute), and don’t hesitate to step in and support portfolio companies on short notice.
