Schedule

Monday through Friday, mornings preferred (exact days/hours flexible based on household needs). Flexible for occasional evening/weekend support.

Compensation

$40-$45/hour based on experience

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is calm, capable, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoys helping a household run smoothly behind the scenes. You’re highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work with consistency and care. You bring a grounded, professional presence to the home and are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the family.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety throughout the day — from morning dog walks and household organization to errands, vendor coordination, light meal prep, and administrative support. You naturally notice what needs attention, take initiative, and help create more ease, structure, and operational flow within the home.

You’re emotionally intelligent, able to read the room well, and know how to balance warmth with professionalism and discretion. You communicate clearly, respect boundaries, and thrive in a fast-moving, organized, Type A household environment. A calm, thoughtful, low-drama presence is important for this role.

An active lifestyle, positive attitude, and genuine enjoyment of helping others are highly valued. You should feel comfortable walking our dog for extended daily walks and supporting a household that values efficiency, accountability, organization, and care.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to become a trusted, long-term extension of the household and takes pride in supporting a busy family with consistency and excellence.

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning systems;
    Microsoft Office required and Notion experience is a plus
  • Active, healthy, and comfortable handling long daily walks with a German Shepherd
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional with strong personal accountability
  • Able to move efficiently while maintaining thoughtfulness and care
  • High EQ with the ability to read the room and adapt appropriately
  • Self‑starter mindset with a collaborative, coachable attitude
  • Calm, grounded communicator who respects a quiet and organized home environment
  • Loves dogs and genuinely enjoys supporting both people and home life
Key Responsibilities
Household Management
  • Maintain and thoughtfully improve household organization systems across both homes
  • Support daily household reset and light tidying in preparation for cleaning team visits
  • Assist with seasonal home and outdoor prep to keep spaces functional, welcoming, and running smoothly year-round
  • Support occasional guest, hosting, and event preparation
Administrative & Personal Assistant Support
  • Help streamline inbox management by batching items, flagging priorities, and organizing communications
  • Coordinate occasional travel logistics and restaurant reservations
