THE GIST
Our client, a premier luxury design firm, is looking for an expert Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their founder and their team. This role will support the founder by strategically managing their business and personal priorities, while also overseeing daily operations for the office. It is an amazing opportunity to work for a very notable and renowned name in the design space and regularly interact with the most exclusive clientele.
THENITTY GRITTY
- Oversee business and personal calendar management, schedule calls and meetings, and confirm appointments
- Manage office operations and coordination (sorting mail, opening packages, working with vendors, ordering inventory)
- Run personal errands for the founder (returns, shopping, dry cleaning, drop off dog at groomers, etc.)
- Work directly with clients and their teams with the utmost professionalism and poise
- Monitor inbox, draft email correspondence, and respond appropriately
- Proactively coordinate with team members and clients regarding meetings, tasks, and deadlines
- Book business and personal travel and create detailed itineraries
- Track and report expenses and invoices
- Work cross-functionally to maintain the firm’s calendar with upcoming events, presentations, installations, and holidays
- Assist with other tasks and special projects as needed
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience working in design, high-end retail/hospitality, and/or creative services is a plus!
- 5-star customer service skills

COMPENSATION$90,000–$120,000/yr base salary + benefits + bonus + perks (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
