Early-stage VC firm is looking for two Executive Assistants to join their team to support General Partners. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team of EAs and be part of an organization with an unmatched track record of helping founders build category-defining companies. In the role, you'll manage complex scheduling, coordinate communications, plan events, and deliver high-impact support that leverages the Partner's time to focus on the highest priorities.

Someone who thinks through every detail, balances tactical execution with strategic thinking, and works well with technical founders. This is a hybrid role, 3 days/week in San Francisco, with occasional evening and weekend availability for events. 170-190K+ DOE plus fully covered benefits, 401k with matching, and flexible PTO.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level strategic support to the General Partner.
  • Own complex calendar management, including scheduling meetings, eliminating conflicts, and optimizing time allocation for maximum impact.
  • Monitor and triage inbox communications, draft responses, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Arrange comprehensive travel logistics with detailed itineraries.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support events of varying sizes, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively and maintaining flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.
  • Partner with colleagues across departments to drive key initiatives forward.
  • Tackle ad hoc priorities and projects as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or similar role, preferably within startups or high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and a knack for juggling multiple priorities without missing a beat.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Forward-thinking mindset. Ability to anticipate needs before being asked and know which questions to pose.
  • Agile and resourceful, thriving when plans shift at a moment's notice.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with polished writing abilities.
  • Team-oriented approach with a collaborative spirit.
  • Tech-savvy with productivity tools, including GSuite, Slack, etc.
