Front Desk Coordinator

Location:

San Francisco, CA Duration: 12 months contract

Duties:

  • Deliver all guest and employees a unique and warm experience upon entering Dropbox.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries, issues or concerns are accommodated and resolved.
  • Ensure guests are properly signed into the Visitor Management System and supply a visitor badge as needed
  • Notify hosts of visitors, candidates and clients that have arrived.
  • Accommodate special requests as they arise.
  • Maintain punctuality and professional appearance at all times.
  • Maintain an active presence on Company communication platforms (i.e Slack, email and gchat).
  • Update team documents as needed.
  • Sign for and receive various deliveries and notify/distribute to employees.
  • Work closely with the Physical Security Team to ensure the front desk/lobby is secure at all times.
  • Complete various projects/tasks as needed and assigned.
  • Ability to support Front Desk/Event Support overtime hours as needed.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Proficient in using Google Executive Suite (gMail, gCal, gChat) and adaptability to new technologies
    • Ability to take direction and follow oral and written instructions
    • Have amazing writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Have the ability to operate standard office equipment (computers, copiers, scanners, printers)
