Variable weekly schedule to be established by supervisor. Positions may be in-person, hybrid, or remote. Flexible schedule depending on class schedule.

All potential Federal Work Study Student Assistants must be approved for and awarded Federal Work Study funding via the Golden Gate University Financial Aid Office.

GGU Financial Aid Office maintains a pool of qualified individuals who would like to provide administrative assistance or community service as a Federal Work Study Student Assistant. At this time there may not be an immediate vacancy, but candidates may provide their application to this posting.

Applications must be submitted through our online application system to be considered for any position, unless otherwise noted in the job announcement.

• Data entry
• Receiving and distributing mail
• Answering phones
• Provide back-up for front office functions
• General office support including filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying
• Other duties as required

2. Serve as Federal Work Study Student Assistant, off campus community service.

• Job responsibilities and job descriptions will be provided by the off-campus agencies.
• Community Service position includes reading tutor for children in a reading tutoring project that serves the community.

Applicants must be matriculated at Golden Gate University and must be currently enrolled at least half time with Federal Work Study Eligibility based on the FAFSA.
