About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to two Vice Presidents within the Policy and Communications orgs, across Pacific Time and Eastern Time zones. This role is pivotal in managing executive priorities, optimizing workflow, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA, USA, requiring occasional presence in the SF Headquarters office for organizational events and offsites.

You will report to the Executive Business Partner to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and General Counsel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars with efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.
  • Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute large-scale events, team offsites, and strategic initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Own special projects that enhance team operations and executive effectiveness.
  • Be a driving force behind executive operations and team efficiency.
  • Play a critical role in fostering team culture, collaboration, and cohesion.
  • Own high-impact projects that streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Work alongside visionary leaders at one of the fastest‑growing technology companies.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior‑level executives (VP+ level).
  • Proactive, strategic, and solutions‑oriented, able to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Thrives under pressure and can make swift, informed decisions.
  • Possesses exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively interfacing with senior leadership.
  • Handles sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Adaptable, excelling in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.
  • High autonomy, while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
Compensation & Benefits

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.

Paid time off details:

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

National base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado: $112,200-$165,000 USD.
