Join Crowe LLP as a Shared Services Office Associate, where you'll play a key role in enhancing our office experience through administrative support, event coordination, and project management. This dynamic position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth office operations and exceptional service delivery. The wage range for this role is $18.25 - $34.25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including mail management, office supply maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Organize and manage meeting and event logistics, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility access and customer service inquiries.
- Collaborate with IT to maintain office technology and furnishings.
- Act as a local safety coordinator and first responder, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in budget management and support strategic office initiatives alongside the Office Managing Partner and Office Management Leaders.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software for document creation, formatting, and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- 1-3 years of experience in professional services operations.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to build professional relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
- Experience in the professional services industry and familiarity with work request applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- This role requires working onsite at the San Francisco office location.
- Flexibility in schedule and potential travel may be necessary.
