Location:
Foster City, CA (#LI-Onsite). Duration: 6 Months with possible extension. Pay Range: $50.00 -$60.00 Per Hour. #LP
This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless daily operation of office spaces, including maintenance, logistics, and vendor oversight. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for all workplace needs, fostering efficiency and a productive environment. This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential for full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee office repairs, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Manage vendor relationships and service delivery.
- Coordinate office moves, adds, and changes for reconfigurations.
- Ensure office readiness, including supplies and asset management.
- Support physical security and access control processes.
- 10+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, facilities management, or a related role.
- Experience managing vendors, maintenance programs, workplace logistics, office moves, and MAC activities.
- Familiarity with badge access management, physical security, and workplace infrastructure.
- Familiarity with workplace safety and OSHA Certification/requirements.
