About the Role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative assistance to our Office Administrator within a fast‑paced law firm environment. The position is on‑site in our San Francisco office five days per week.

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Office Administrator and assist with daily office operations.
- Manage calendars, prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Draft, prepare, and distribute meeting agendas and related materials.
- Assist with employee communications and reminders.
- Assist with basic financial and administrative processes, vendor invoices, expense reports, and other administrative paperwork.
- Assist with the preparation of onboarding documentation for new employees.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of new attorneys’ photo sessions.
- Assist with coordination of meetings, conferences, training sessions, and office events, including scheduling and room reservations.
- Help organize firm office events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with file inventory and comply with file storage processes.
- Serve as backup support for other general administrative duties and provide cross‑functional support as needed.
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Must be able to multitask and successfully manage a variety of demands daily.
- Must be able to work independently and be proactive.
- Good problem‑solving, planning, confidentiality, and time‑management skills are important.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Salary Range: $65,000 – $95,000 USD
