Event Staff Member
We are looking for a dependable Event Staff member to support a legal conference in San Francisco, California. This is a Contract position designed for a one-day assignment, ideal for someone who enjoys assisting guests, managing front-of-house activity, and keeping event operations organized. The person in this role will help create a welcoming experience for attendees while providing administrative and on-site support throughout the event.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome conference attendees and provide courteous assistance at registration and check-in areas.
- Distribute event materials, badges, and related documents in an organized and timely manner.
- Support conference leadership with on-site coordination tasks to help the event run smoothly.
- Respond to attendee questions in person and direct guests to appropriate sessions, rooms, or resources.
- Perform light administrative duties such as updating attendance information and handling basic data entry.
- Maintain an appropriate event presence by following business attire expectations and representing the organization positively.
