Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a sharp and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Levi’s US/Canada Commercial organization and provide executive support to two dynamic leaders at Levi Strauss & Co.
Responsibilities- Provide executive assistance for the VP, US/Canada Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management (MPIM) and for the VP, US/Canada Merchandising & Licensing.
- Facilitate internal and external calendaring, point‑to‑point business travel planning, expenses, and special projects.
- Maintain a professional, friendly and respectful presence with all partners and stakeholders.
- Liaise with senior‑level leaders and team members across the business, cultivating relationships and improving cross‑team communication.
- Attend select team meetings, take notes, identify follow‑ups, and send reminders.
- Manage demanding Outlook calendaring requests while keeping executives accessible.
- Handle confidential information with impeccable information‑security standards.
- Act as a brand extension for the leaders you support, escalating and communicating on their behalf and serving as a team liaison.
- Coordinate events such as internal team events, conferences, off‑sites, business and operational reviews, arranging meeting rooms and catering.
- Initiate purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and complete and track expense reports.
- Coordinate complex travel and expense reporting using Concur.
- Take action on projects by communicating with teams and following up on tasks.
- Minimum 5 years of high‑level, complex executive administration experience supporting senior‑level executives.
- Experience with international and domestic travel arrangements and travel‑management tools such as Concur.
- Experience supporting VP and above.
- High degree of integrity with confidential information.
- Ability to work with individuals at all levels.
- On‑call availability beyond standard business hours.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and other digital collaboration tools.
- Experience refining and integrating existing presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
Hybrid schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. Expected to be in the office 3 days per week (typically Tuesday‑Thursday). Salary range: $69,400 - $101,800 per year. Benefits are based on location and role and include base pay, incentive plans, 401(k) matching, paid leave, health insurance, product discounts, and more.
