We are seeking an Administrative Student Services Coordinator who is passionate about neurodiversity, relationship-based work, and holistic therapeutic approaches.

About the Role

The Administrative Student Services Coordinator ensures smooth student scheduling, accurate records, strong communication with families and partners, and organized support for ISP meetings, enrollment, and progress reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting neurodiverse young adults.

Compensation

Salary:

$71,000 - $77,000 annually, depending on experience

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional weekend flexibility

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain student records and schedules in KIBU and other systems.
  • Coordinate schedule updates and communicate changes to students, families, and staff.
  • Support enrollment, onboarding, and Pre Enrollment Visit preparation.
  • Schedule and document ISP meetings; track goals and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare attendance reports, progress reports, and required documentation.
  • Conduct monthly family check-ins and serve as liaison with Regional Center partners.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and assist with program operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or completion of bachelor's by December) required.
  • 1+ year experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • CPR/First Aid/ProACT (or willingness to obtain).
  • Familiarity with Waldorf, Montessori, Ruskin Mill, or movement-based education.
  • Strong organization, communication, and database management skills.
