The Carmichael Health Care Center is looking for a Business Office Assistant to provide clerical and administrative assistance to support the office manager and administrator.
Responsibilities- Assisting with accounting responsibilities.
- Assisting with incoming calls and communications.
- Managing filing systems.
- Updating paperwork and documents in word processing.
- Organizing and maintaining office areas.
- Performing general office duties.
- Assisting with event coordination.
- Providing backup support to office staff.
- Assisting with new hire paperwork and onboarding.
- Inputting information into databases and spreadsheets (Excel).
- High school diploma required.
- At least 6 months of experience in an office setting.
- At least 6 months of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
