Description Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-volume meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Arrange extensive domestic and international travel, including visa preparation and multi-time-zone logistics. Organize client meetings, team events, and working breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Provide administrative support to multiple senior professionals and serve as backup support when needed. Partner closely with global teams to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Process monthly expense reports and manage related administrative tasks. Support special projects and ad hoc business initiatives as required. Maintain a proactive, high-touch level of support in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Profile A successful Administrative Business Partner/Lead should have: 5-7+ years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably within financial services or technology. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision. Experienced in complex calendar management, international travel coordination, and event planning.
Professional, proactive, and responsive, with strong judgment and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across global teams and adapting to changing priorities. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Concur. Willing to provide high-touch support and remain flexible when business needs arise outside standard hours Job Offer Hourly pay in the range of $35 to $39, depending on experience and qualifications.
