About the Team & Opportunity:

We're looking for a Senior Executive Administrator to serve as the primary executive support to our CEO and assist other members of Clever's Executive Leadership Team as needed. This is a high-impact, highly trusted role in a primarily remote environment, with occasional travel for key in-person meetings.

As Clever continues to grow and evolve, this person will help our CEO and leadership team stay organized, aligned, and prepared through moments of change. You'll bring structure to shifting priorities, help make communication smoother across stakeholders, and create the operational clarity leaders need to move work forward thoughtfully.

You'll be someone who can read the room, even virtually; anticipate what the CEO and other leaders need; and keep priorities, calendars, travel, and logistics moving smoothly. You'll help reduce administrative friction, create clarity, and make sure our leaders are prepared for the moments that matter most.

This role is a great fit for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, and is confident navigating competing priorities. If you enjoy solving problems before they become problems, building trust across multiple stakeholders, and helping a mission-driven organization run more effectively, we'd love to meet you.

How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Work proactively to help the CEO operate at optimal capacity. As primary support to our CEO, you'll manage complex calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate travel, and clear administrative noise, while also extending support to other executives as capacity allows.
  • Provide excellent remote-first executive support. Most of your work will be done virtually, so you'll need to be proactive, responsive, and thoughtful in how you support leaders from afar. You'll know when to move quickly, when to ask the right questions, and when to make a judgment call.
  • Support high-stakes leadership moments. You'll help coordinate and prepare for Board meetings, executive offsites, and other key gatherings where details matter and the experience needs to feel seamless.
  • Partner across teams. You'll work closely with the CEO and other members of the Executive and Senior Leadership Team, as well as cross-functional stakeholders and board members, to ensure clear communication and well-organized logistics.
  • Create systems that help the team scale. You'll look for ways to make recurring processes smoother, from travel planning and meeting prep to Board materials and executive coordination.
What We're Looking For:

  • Strong Executive communication: You are a specialist in executive-level written and verbal communication, precise, polished, and able to adjust tone across different leaders and audiences.
  • Prioritization and organizational efficiency: You excel at finding the signal through the noise, quickly assessing what's urgent, what can wait, and what needs escalation.
  • Calendar and travel expertise: You are highly skilled at managing complex calendars for multiple leaders, across time zones, and amid competing priorities. You can quickly assess tradeoffs and make thoughtful recommendations when schedules collide.
