Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day executive schedules so that obligations are met efficiently.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including team, staff, all‑hands, off‑site, one‑on‑one, and customer meetings.
  • Proactively prioritize calendars based on customer meetings, release cycles, fiscal calendars, projects, team needs, and Dream force.
  • Book domestic and international travel in accordance with Salesforce travel policy, handling visas, costs, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with employees across Salesforce and senior executives both inside and outside the company, recognizing key stakeholders.
  • Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and other business‑related meeting arrangements.
  • Perform other administrative and project duties as requested.
Minimum Requirements
  • MUST be located in one of the listed locations and be willing to work hybrid in office 3 days per week (Austin: Spanish speakers required).
  • Minimum 5+ years of applicable administrative experience, ideally in a global software organization.
  • High attention to detail, organizational and process skills in administrative activities.
  • Experience setting up and managing virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Webex, Go To Webinars , Google Hangouts) and conference calls.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a confident ability to suggest process improvements collaboratively.
  • Strong relationship‑management skills and ability to build a personal network across the company.
  • Intermediate‑level project‑coordination experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior management in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
  • Experience working with large administrative teams.
  • Working proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive, GMeet).
  • Experience using Quip, Slack, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus.

Salary

The typical base salary range for this position is $81,800 – $145,200 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the range is $98,600 – $159,500 annually.
