Location:
San Francisco, CA
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 USD per year
This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities- Process and manage incoming work orders to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with service partners and vendors to schedule on‑site services
- Serve as a helpful communication link between WPP employees, JLL management, and service providers
- Act as a key point of contact for employee and occupant requests, providing helpful and timely information
- Maintain accurate operational documents and records
- Assist with tracking operational expenses to support budget management
- Support the team in ensuring all services are delivered in compliance with agreed standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures
- Strong communication skills and a courteous, professional manner
- A customer‑focused attitude and a strong desire to help others
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team under close supervision
- A willingness to learn and follow instructions for routine tasks
- College degree preferred
- Prior experience in a customer‑facing role such as retail, reception, or hospitality
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Suite
- Interest in facilities management or commercial real estate
- Ability to organize and handle multiple routine tasks
