About the RoleArchitect Capital is seeking a highly capable Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team while owning day-to-day office operations. This is a sophisticated, high-responsibility role that blends executive support, office management, and cross-functional project work.
This individual will serve as an extension of the CEO by anticipating needs, managing complex workflows, keeping the office running smoothly, and ensuring high-priority initiatives move forward. The ideal candidate brings exceptional judgment, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our San Francisco office.
Responsibilities- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for the CEO and senior leadership, including scheduling, travel, and meeting logistics.
- Support key internal processes, including leadership meetings, off-sites, reporting cycles, and strategic planning sessions.
- Serve as a professional, reliable point of contact for internal teams, LPs, portfolio companies, and external partners.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
- Own day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination.
- Manage office budgets, expense tracking, and invoice processing for office-related spend.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, equipment, access).
- Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and firm gatherings.
- Maintain a welcoming, well-functioning office environment and greet guests and visitors.
- Lead and/or support special projects across investment, operations, and investor relations teams, including diligence preparation, vendor selection, and strategic communications.
- Improve organizational effectiveness by building and refining internal systems, documentation, and communication flows.
- Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
- 3+ years of experience in office management, executive support, finance, or business operations.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort acting autonomously and driving projects forward independently.
- High degree of integrity, entrepreneurship, and professional maturity.
