Executive Assistant to CEO (Part-Time Potential Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and help run the day-to-day operations of both business and personal logistics.

This role will begin part‑time with the potential to expand into a full‑time position if the partnership works well.
What You’ll DoYou will help the CEO stay focused on high-impact work by managing logistics, priorities, and communication.
Executive Support- Manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Handle email triage and draft responses when appropriate
- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for meetings
- Coordinate travel, reservations, and logistics
- Organize projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal contacts
- Assist with event or meeting planning
- Schedule appointments and manage personal logistics
- Run occasional errands or coordinate services
- Help maintain organization across work and personal commitments

- Potential to transition into a full-time Executive Assistant role
You will work closely with the CEO and have direct visibility into business operations and decision-making. The right person will become a trusted partner and play an important role in helping the company operate smoothly.
