Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic SF Workplace Team. This full-time, contract position (6-months) offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily office operations, enhance workplace safety, and deliver an exceptional experience for employees, guests, and clients. As a key ambassador of the company’s brand and culture, you will partner closely with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace in a fast-paced environment.
This role provides a unique chance to make an immediate impact, support workplace initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily workplace operations to ensure a seamless office experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships and onsite service providers.
- Track facilities requests, coordinate issue resolution, and support workplace process improvements.
- Manage invoices and workplace expenses with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with office projects, workplace initiatives, and internal event coordination.
- Support workplace safety and emergency preparedness activities in compliance with safety standards.
- Deliver a best-in-class employee and guest experience, representing the company's values and brand.
- Collaborate across departments to support a productive and positive office environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or office management.
- Proven vendor management experience and ability to coordinate workplace projects.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting office events and initiatives.
- Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working onsite daily with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and facilities/work order systems.
- Familiarity with invoice and expense tracking systems is preferred.
Preferred
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in workplace safety protocols and emergency preparedness.
- Ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience supporting workplace projects and event planning.
- Knowledge of workplace technology and general facilities management tools.
