Schedule: 5 days onsite
Compensation: $150 - 165k Base + Outstanding Bonus + Exceptional Benefits
A globally recognized investment firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of its most senior global leaders. This is an opportunity to join a prestigous organization known for excellence, collaboration, and operating at the highest level.
This role is ideal for someone who is polished, proactive, resourceful, and energized by complexity. You ll serve as a strategic partner, managing competing priorities, navigating a constantly evolving schedule, and playing a critical role in keeping a senior executive operating at maximum effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage an exceptionally complex and ever-changing executive calendar
- Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted gatekeeper for the executive
- Arrange extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, travel logistics, and comprehensive trip materials
- Prepare and process complex expense reports with exceptional accuracy
- Partner closely with Executive Assistants and business teams across the organization to ensure seamless coordination
- Leverage AI-enabled productivity tools and technology to support meeting preparation, research, and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate team engagement and culture initiatives
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
- Support special projects and provide operational support wherever needed
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Outstanding organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong business judgment with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Calm under pressure with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across all levels of an organization
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging emerging technologies, including AI tools, to increase productivity
