Our client, a rapidly growing AI startup, is seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant to support their CFO and Head of Talent. This is a highly visible, strategic role and is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys serving as the operational backbone for executive leadership. You'll help drive cross-functional initiatives, board logistics, investor relations, and team operations.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
  • Provide high-level executive support to the CFO and Head of Talent
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and scheduling prioritization
  • Coordinate board meetings, investor meetings, and executive travel logistics
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items
  • Manage expense reports, contracts, approvals, and confidential documentation
  • Partner with Finance on planning cycles, audits, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Plan team events, offsites, and executive meetings
  • Draft executive communications and maintain organized systems across Google Workspace, Notion, and Docu Sign
  • Identify process improvements and build scalable administrative workflows
  • Support ad hoc project and other administrative tasks
THE ESSENTIALS:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives within a tech startup or venture capital firm
  • Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Experience supporting board meetings, investor relations, or finance teams is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Docu Sign, and modern productivity tools
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with a solutions-oriented mindset

COMPENSATION:
