As a Personnel Technician (Credentialing), you will report to the Senior Personnel Analyst (Credentialing), and play an integral role in achieving the mission and goals of SFUSD by performing detailed and specialized clerical work in the credentials office. This position will work closely with the credentials and staffing teams to complete processes that will involve supporting general operations, maintaining records, mailing out applications, compiling and reviewing large sets of data, putting together frequent notices and communicating with other departments and the general public.

The Legal Secretary I, will support the work and mission of the District’s Legal Division which includes the Office of Equity & Employee Relations. Members of the Legal Division work collaboratively with our clients to implement the District’s strategic plan by managing the District’s risk through skilled advice and administration of the District’s policies and procedures. Under supervision, the Legal Secretary I performs professional employee relations staff duties, supports the work of the Division by performing technical and operational administrative duties related to the Office of Equity & Employee Relations.
The Legal Secretary I will oversee case and file compliance for the Office of Equity and Employee Relations teams, which includes but is not limited to, Williams Complaints, Title IX Complaints, Uniform Complaint Procedures, investigations, and progressive discipline.
