Office Manager

The Office Manager will play an integral role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while providing high-level administrative support to the team, including founders and guests. You'll be responsible for managing the office environment, coordinating team events, overseeing vendor relationships, and providing proactive, ad-hoc support across the team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by optimizing office operations, improving processes, and taking ownership of key workplace and operational initiatives that support the team's success.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations, overseeing office logistics, coordinating in-office lunches and team gatherings, managing vendor relationships, managing calendars and meeting logistics, supporting strategic operational initiatives, providing proactive administrative and operational support, and assisting with cross-functional strategic operations projects and process improvements.

Is this you? You should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an office manager or executive assistant role, ideally within a startup. You should have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, a positive and cheerful demeanor, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, flexible work environment, the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, strong project management skills, and the ability to work in-office 4 days a week.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
