Court Clerk Position

Are you interested in performing meaningful clerical work? Can you type at a speed of 40 words per minute? If you answered yes to these questions, this Court Clerk position with the Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) may be for you. Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) monitors the administration of workers' compensation claims and provides services to assist in resolving disputes with claims for workers' compensation benefits.
DWC is seeking an individual who has experience in typing and clerical work. The court clerk will review incoming legal documents, screen and process case opening documents, pleadings, correspondence, and medical documents. Additionally, the court clerk will meet with the public to answer questions and assist with filing documents.
This position has flexibility to telework for two (2) days per week.
