Position Summary
The Program Coordinator supports the Program Manager in maintaining daily operational continuity, administrative accuracy, staffing coordination, and contract readiness. This position also serves as the alternate point of contact and assumes Program Manager responsibilities during absences or as otherwise required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assist the Program Manager with staffing, scheduling, daily operations, and contract coordination.
- Maintain accurate training records, personnel documentation, and operational files in support of contract requirements.
- Coordinate PTO coverage, shift assignments, and schedule updates to support uninterrupted service coverage.
- Support monthly COR meetings, reporting efforts, and follow-up on action items or performance documentation.
- Serve as the alternate Program Manager during absences, vacancies, or other designated periods.
- Communicate professionally with employees, contract leadership, and government stakeholders regarding operational needs.
- Help identify staffing or documentation gaps and support timely corrective action when needed.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and records-management skills.
- Experience in scheduling, operations support, contract administration, or a similar coordination role.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, leadership, and client representatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation in a time-sensitive environment.
- Must be eligible to successfully complete required VA background checks.

All Contractor personnel performing work under this contract must complete a favorable background investigation and be eligible to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC).
