Assistant Managing Litigation Docket Clerk
LHH is partnering with a premier national law firm to identify an Assistant Managing Litigation Docket Clerk for its Managing Attorney's Office. This position supports litigation docketing, calendaring, electronic filing, and administrative operations while working closely with attorneys, firm leadership, and court personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain litigation dockets and calculate court deadlines using the firm's docketing system.
- Provide e-filing support through PACER/CM/ECF and other court filing platforms.
- Assist with docket maintenance, calendaring, and case management functions.
- Support the Managing Attorney's Office with administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, correspondence, and departmental documents.
- Maintain department databases, records, and filing systems.
- Process invoices and assist with departmental procedures and workflow improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of litigation docketing, calendaring, or managing attorney office experience.
- Required experience with docketing software such as Milana, Compu Law, eDockets, MA3000, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of federal and state court electronic filing systems, including CM/ECF.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced law firm environment.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality and client service.
- Flexibility to work evening hours as needed.
