Executive Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Administrative Assistant to support our CFO and CMO. This position requires a polished professional who excels in fast-paced environments, manages sensitive information with discretion, and collaborates seamlessly across multiple teams and global stakeholders.

Manage and coordinate complex, high-volume calendars across two global corporations. Anticipate scheduling needs, prioritize meeting requests, and ensure efficient time allocation. Arrange end-to-end domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, transportation, and itineraries. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate team off-sites (primarily in San Francisco), including venue selection, vendor management, agenda support, and day-of logistics. Create, update, and refine presentations—primarily in Google Slides—for internal and external audiences.
Assist with light project coordination, documentation, and team communications as needed.
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, cross-functional corporate environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships across multiple teams and organizations.
- Highly collaborative, representing the SVP with professionalism, warmth, and a relationship-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and other collaboration tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; NDA required.
