Strong front facing customer service experience. This person is on the middle floor of a three floor building and is the first person everyone sees. Need someone who will keep the area clean. I.E. they see a cup out, they go pick it up and put it away or throw it away, etc. Duration: 10/12-10/23 Covering a leave - unlikely to extend Individual will report in to Facilities Manager but will be responsible for the below tasks:
Main Responsibilities:
- 'Wake Up office' - Coverage notes are very detailed
- Set up break room for all staff - ensure office break room and office areas are stocked all day
- Fex Ex and all deliveries and shipments
- Responsible for vendor greeting, creating badge IDs, assisting with UPS orders and some shipping requirements (shipping boxes between locations)
- Receiving and directing phone calls - directing calls to a team, sending calls to the correct place
- Tracking site supplies - ensuing orders are placed for items that to keep sites running
Typical Work Day:
- Will need to act as more of a concierge
- Greets guests and checks them in
- Directs phone lines
- Someone who will help offer beverages
- Loading the dishwasher
- Cups, plates, etc. are always available for guests
- Ready to do anything needed from guests
- Business professional dress is required

Top Nice To Haves:
- Past experience as a high end receptionist or concierge

1+ - Education Requirements:
HSD - Admin, professional appearance, kind, open and welcoming to new tasks
- Systems/Software Proficiencies:
Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor
- Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees
- Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders and ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
Summary:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
