We're seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Assistant to join our BNY Wealth team. This role is located in San Francisco.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, polished, and proactive professional to support a senior executive leader in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role offers visibility across the organization and the chance to serve as a trusted partner, helping drive efficiency, organization, and seamless day-to-day executive operations.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
* Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive leader, helping manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of confidentiality
* Manage complex scheduling, coordination, and prioritization across meetings, deliverables, and business needs
* Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
* Build strong working relationships and serve as a key point of coordination across teams and partners
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in all aspects of work
* Use technology and business tools effectively to support executive operations and team efficiency
* Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and help create a seamless experience for the executive leader you support
* Exhibit professionalism, executive presence, composure, and adaptability in a high-visibility role
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
* High school/secondary school education or an equivalent combination of education and experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Applicable vocational training or coursework related to business software, administrative support, or business communication preferred
* Associate degree or relevant business certifications preferred
* Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
* Comfort working with business technology, including Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships, stay ahead of needs, and support senior leaders effectively
