THE GIST:
Our client, a boutique San Francisco-based investment firm, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support its CEO and senior leadership team. This is a highly visible, high-impact role that blends executive support, workplace management, and strategic project coordination. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership, help drive key initiatives across the business, and create a seamless office experience for a tight-knit, high‑performing team.

THE NITTY GRITTY:- Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, and priorities for the CEO and senior leadership
- Coordinate leadership meetings, off‑sites, and strategic planning sessions
- Serve as a polished point of contact for investors, business partners, and internal stakeholders
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Own office operations, including facilities, vendors, supplies, and workplace experience for their small office
- Manage office budgets, expenses, invoices, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, workspace setup, and office logistics
- Plan team events, off‑sites, and company gatherings
- Partner cross‑functionally on special projects spanning operations, investor relations, and executive initiatives
- Improve internal processes and help keep high‑priority projects moving forward
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in finance or high‑growth tech startups
- Previous c‑level, founder, and/or managing director support highly preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, resourceful self‑starter who anticipates needs before they arise
- Responsive nature
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and creating order in a dynamic environment

COMPENSATION:$140k to 170k base salary OT bonus benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
* Compensation is aligned with experience, level, and role scope. Most offers fall within the mid‑range, with the top of the band generally reserved for candidates with extensive, directly relevant backgrounds. Leveling is determined during the interview process
