Our client, a boutique investment firm, is seeking an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to become the heart of their San Francisco office. This role is ideal for a proactive, resourceful professional who naturally anticipates needs, enjoys building structure and processes, and loves fostering a warm, polished office culture. You ll serve as a trusted right hand to a confidential executive while overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep the office running effortlessly.
What You ll Do- Provide high-level executive support, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a polished, welcoming, and highly organized workplace.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, building management, and workplace services.
- Manage office budgets, supplies, invoices, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate team meetings, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Anticipate executive and office needs while proactively solving problems before they arise.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives across the business.
- Welcome guests and create an exceptional experience for clients and visitors.
- Continuously improve office processes and systems to enhance efficiency and organization.
- Experience supporting senior executives while managing office operations in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and can confidently prioritize without constant direction.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- A warm, professional presence with outstanding communication skills.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys being the go-to person and creating an exceptional workplace experience.
- Experience with in investment, finance, venture capital, private equity, or professional services is highly preferred.
