Pay: $35 / hr on W2

• Support the execution of all GTM calendar development activities to ensure deadlines are met
• Support execution of development activities: proto, commercial sample fabric and garment tracking
• Support the execution of all Preproduction activities. Supporting fit reviews as needed; orchestrate finish/color reviews for approval.
• Lead in maintaining accuracy of data into various systems to ensure the integrity of the information.

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of college education and related work experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a position that required the manipulation of large amounts of data
• Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities
• Expert knowledge with PLM and MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outloo
• Dynamic analytical, problem solving and project management abilities with proven systems knowledge and expertise
• Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to multi-task; confident working in a fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes.
• Effective relational and organizational skills; ability to work with multiple departments and personalities.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy.
