Office Manager
We're seeking an organized, proactive, and friendly Office Manager to keep our physical workplace running smoothly and efficiently. We are a 5-days-a-week, in-office company that believes great work happens when people are in the same room, and our office experience should reflect that. In this role, you'll be the glue holding our day-to-day office operations together: managing facilities, welcoming guests, and supporting team events and administrative workflows out of our SOMA headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
Facility & Space Management
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked office environment (kitchen, conference rooms, communal areas)
- Monitor office inventory and order supplies, snacks, beverages, and equipment within budget
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Administrative & Operational Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, visitors, and building management
- Assist with team onboarding by setting up desks, ordering keycards, welcoming new hires
- Help with internal team events, lunches, happy hours, anniversaries, and holiday celebrations
- Support leadership on ad hoc special projects
Qualifications & Skills
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing tasks independently
- Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense/ordering platforms
- Proactive Mindset: Self-starter who notices what needs to be done without waiting to be asked
- Physical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., packages, catering trays, stock supplies) and remain on your feet as needed
