Receptionist

Location:

San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Position Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with healthcare, dental, orthodontic, or medical office experience who excel in customer service and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Reliability and attendance are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, providers, and staff.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and maintaining a professional office environment.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments while coordinating provider calendars.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to patient inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Perform data entry, record maintenance, and document management with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support administrative workflows, patient registration, and insurance-related documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, physicians, and administrative teams.
  • Assist with special projects and departmental administrative functions as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Medical Receptionist, Dental Receptionist, or Senior Administrative Assistant.
  • Healthcare, dental, orthodontic, or medical office experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a busy patient‑facing environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative administrative team.

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
