The Office and Finance Assistant supports the day-to-day administrative and finance operations of the organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage data accurately and efficiently. The position plays a key role in maintaining reliable financial records, supporting bookkeeping activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of core finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day office and finance operations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Communicate with vendors and customers
- Work within Quick Books Online
- Communicate with city and county offices
- Assist with filing, mailing, and general admin tasks
- Provide personal assistant support to company leadership
- Help manage HR functions and insurance matters
- Track and maintain inventory
- Use Excel to manage and organize data
- Assist with general bookkeeping and office organization
- Various other administrative projects
