Executive Assistant
Our client, a fast-growing fintech startup, seeks a top-notch Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders. This is a high-impact, hands-on Executive Assistant role for someone who loves being the connective tissue across people, priorities, schedules, and systems.
You'll primarily provide exceptional executive support, while also taking ownership of office operations, events, administrative workflows, and special projects as the company scales.

The Nitty Gritty- Provide proactive executive support to members of the leadership team, serving as a trusted first point of contact
- Strategically manage complex, constantly evolving calendars and schedules using Google Calendar and Google Workspace
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including air, ground transportation, hotels, and other accommodations
- Prepare meeting materials, coordinate logistics, track follow-ups, and help drive projects through completion
- Partner with external vendors and service providers on office-related needs
- Plan and execute internal and external meetings, team gatherings, and company events
- Own core administrative workflows including expenses, reimbursements, signatures, databases, and other ad hoc needs
- Help ensure their tight-knit office operates smoothly and efficiently as the company grows
- Partner with Legal and People teams on systems, processes, and operational workflows
- Jump into special projects wherever additional support is needed
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience supporting multiple senior executives at a tech startup or high-growth tech company highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate with resourcefulness and flexibility in rapidly changing environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, diplomatic, and professional presence
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple executives, teams, and competing deadlines
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment

Location:
San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Compensation: $150k to 170k base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
