While the standard hours for this role are 9:00am – 5:00pm CT, these hours may be subject to change based on seasonal demand or operational requirements. The candidate must be available to work on central time.
Salary Range: $73,483-$82,810 is the hiring salary range (i.e. the range a candidate would be offered to start).

One Goal aligns salaries to Cost of Labor, so the actual salary offered would be dependent on the Cost of Labor in the candidate's living location.

The Role
The Executive Assistant to the CEO ensures One Goal's CEO can focus her time and energy on realizing One Goal's vision that every student will have an equitable opportunity to achieve their greatest postsecondary aspirations. This role manages a complex and fast-moving calendar, coordinates travel, prepares materials for Board and external meetings, and serves as a trusted first point of contact for the CEO's most important relationships, in close partnership with the Chief of Staff to the CEO.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and energized by creating order and momentum behind someone else's vision. They demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and find joy through EA-specific work and project management. They are highly adaptable and navigate change alongside and on behalf of the CEO, striking a partnership-oriented balance between flexibility and strong, predictable systems that support collective accountability.
The role holds the following responsibilities:
Administrative Support with Strong Ability to Prioritize (40%):
You provide sound administrative support, including scheduling both internal and external meetings, managing expenses and arranging travel.
- Refining and maintaining a strategic construction of daily and weekly schedule that maximizes the CEO's time, energy and assets
- Identifying a winning formula against the CEO's priorities with an ability to make tough trade-offs when multiple requests are being made of the CEO, who has a finite amount of time to execute upon several priorities
- Proactively and reactively supporting the CEO's sustainable success through the structures above
- Minimal personal scheduling, including some doctors' appointments when it falls within the work week
Expense management
- Managing the team budget through review of monthly forecasts and current spending
- Completing ongoing expense reports with accuracy for the CEO and Chief of Staff
Operations and Logistics
- Provide key logistical and tactical scheduling support to the National Development Team, who are key partners to the Office of the CEO
