Our client, private investment firm with an impressive portfolio, is seeking an articulate Senior Administrative Assistant to support one of the firm’s Partners in San Francisco. This role will be responsible for keeping day-to-day operations running seamlessly and serve as a key member of the administrative support team. The ideal candidate will have superb communication skills, a polished & professional demeanor, and keen attention to detail.

THE NITTY GRITTY:- Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities are clear and schedules run smoothly
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, often on short timelines and with frequent changes
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to a senior investment professional
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics, materials, scheduling, and follow-up
- Maintain and organize information across internal systems, including contact management and tracking key interactions and initiatives
- Partner closely with other administrative and support professionals across the organization
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and build systems that increase efficiency and organization
- Assist with planning and executing internal and external meetings and events
- Manage expense reporting, including receipt collection and monthly submissions
- Take on special projects and broader team initiatives as needed
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar support role
- Experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, consulting, or another high-performance professional services environment preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and shifting demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly professional, discreet, and trusted with sensitive information
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a natural instinct to anticipate needs
- Extremely detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Salesforce, project management platforms, or similar systems is a plus
- Curious about technology and enthusiastic about using AI and other tools to improve workflows, productivity, and overall effectiveness

San Francisco, CA (4 days onsite/WFH Fridays, depending on executive's schedule)
COMPENSATION:Base salary: $100,000/yr - $120,000/yr + bonus + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
