We are hiring our first Office Operations Manager to own the day-to-day experience at our San Francisco office. This person will oversee onboarding and offboarding, office operations and facilities, and team events.

Own day-to-day office operations in San Francisco, including cleaning, maintenance, internet, security, access, supplies, and general readiness

Manage inventory of office supplies, snacks, meals, and equipment

Coordinate with vendors and service providers including building, IT, cleaning, catering, and deliveries

Run onboarding end to end, including paperwork, equipment, accounts, workspace setup, and Day 1 orientation

Handle offboarding logistics and documentation

Plan team lunches, celebrations, offsites, and other events that support connection without slowing the team down

Support visiting teammates, advisors, and investors with office setup, schedules, and logistics

1 to 4+ years of experience in people operations, office management, operations, hospitality, or a service-oriented role

Highly organized and reliable, with an ability to keep things running and notice issues before they become problems

Comfortable coordinating vendors, handling logistics, and managing multiple priorities at once

People-oriented and approachable, with teammates naturally coming to you when they need help

Good taste in food, events, and details that cultivate warmth in the office
