We're partnering with an exciting, venture-backed startup to identify an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Founder & CEO. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll oversee an ever-changing schedule, helping transform competing priorities into a thoughtful, well-executed plan. Beyond calendar management, you'll serve as a strategic partner who identifies opportunities to improve processes, protect the CEO's time, and keep daily operations running seamlessly.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys taking ownership while working with a high degree of autonomy.
What You'll Do- Manage and strategically optimize a demanding, constantly evolving executive calendar
- Create thoughtful meeting flow, balancing priorities while protecting focus time
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively solve challenges before they arise
- Partner closely with the CEO to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and streamline daily operations
- Handle confidential administrative responsibilities with professionalism and discretion
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support special projects and operational initiatives as business needs evolve
- Prior experience supporting a Founder, CEO, or senior executive in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills with a proactive mindset
- Strong judgment and confidence to provide thoughtful recommendations and challenge priorities when appropriate
- Highly detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
