We are hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Diagnostic Technician who wants more than just a bay — someone ready to help build and lead a professional, high-standard automotive operation.
We are actively strengthening shop systems, workflow, and standards. This is a leadership-track opportunity for a technician who wants to grow into a Shop Foreman / Lead Technician role.

What You’ll Do- Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical systems, drivability, check engine light diagnosis)
- Diagnose complex engine performance issues accurately
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections on every vehicle
- Repair brake, suspension, HVAC, cooling, and exhaust systems
- Mentor developing technicians
- Help establish workflow standards and best practices
- Maintain high productivity while upholding quality
- 5+ years professional automotive repair experience
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic ability
- Proficiency with scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- Experience servicing domestic and import vehicles
- Leadership mindset and accountability
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal tools required
- ASE Certifications preferred
