It creates ads, builds matching landing pages, allocates budgets across different channels, and more. We are building the AI engine that will manage and spend the world's marketing budget.

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Development Associate to join our team full‑time, on‑site in San Francisco. In this role, you will work with the founders to drive growth, execute go‑to‑market initiatives, and build the commercial foundation of Uplane.

• Growth & Go‑to‑Market:
  Build and execute inbound and outbound B2B sales motions, run structured growth experiments, and actively contribute to closing new customers.
• Founder Support & Strategic Execution:
  Work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, high‑priority projects, and ad‑hoc analyses critical to company growth.
• Internal Processes & Scaling:
  Support topics across hiring, finance and legal to ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution and scalability.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (business or engineering).
• Exceptional achievements during and beyond academic studies.
• Minimum of 1 year full‑time experience in an early‑stage startup or another fast‑paced environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco; on‑site presence required; work permit for USA required.

• Prior exposure to process automation, workflow orchestration, or the design of scalable processes.
• Experience with or strong familiarity with inbound and/or outbound sales processes.
• Previous touchpoints with marketing or AdTech.
