OverviewDevelop and manage relationships with founders, startups, investors, universities, accelerators, incubators, and industry groups. Identify, evaluate, and pursue sponsor ships, events, and partnership opportunities to enhance market visibility and intelligence. Engage with startup hubs and innovation communities to generate leads and referral sources. Collaborate with attorneys to increase visibility, expand client portfolios, and support market growth initiatives. Support business development and marketing initiatives across transactional practice groups, including pitches, RFPs, events, and thought leadership.
Conduct market, industry, investor, and company research to inform strategy and internal stakeholders. Screen prospective clients and facilitate introductions to legal, investor, and service provider networks. Map and expand relationships with venture capitalists and early-stage investors; track market activity and personnel moves. Manage CRM activity, reporting, metrics, and performance analysis; provide regular progress updates to partners. Develop and promote marketing content, digital initiatives, social media, and event materials.
Support rankings, league table submissions, awards, and directory entries. Assist with lateral partner onboarding and practice group strategic planning.
