- Welcoming resident in the office and ensuring the proper parties are looped into any issues or requests.
- Providing timely and professional responses to office phone calls and emails.
- Setting up vendors, creating purchase orders, processing invoices, reaserching payment and payment status.
- Managing all vendor communications and ensuring invoices are submitted to the property and processed before the end of the month.
- Reviewing resident accounts and addressing ledger issues as needed.
- Posting charges to resident accounts and processing rent payments.
- Collaborating with maintenance upon resident's move out, and procesing deposit accounting.
- Processing bad debt write offs and speatheading collection on past residents accounts.
- Perfom additional duties and special projects as required.
- $31.00 - 33.00 / hourly based on experience
- Annual bonus based on performance
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 3 years prior experience in an administrative role, with experience in property management being a plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record of managing complex operational tasks.
