Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Contracts Specialist to support their Legal Department, focusing on contracts management and corporate governance
. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with in-house counsel and multiple departments, helping to ensure efficient contracting processes and compliance with corporate requirements.
- Draft, review, and manage various agreements (NDAs, service, vendor, supply, and clinical trial contracts).
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle—intake, execution, tracking, and archiving.
- Maintain corporate records, filings, and governance documentation.
- Assist with compliance initiatives, audits, and internal training.
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in contracts or corporate governance (biotech/pharma experience a plus).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
